Offline venue
Venue-based services only
These terms apply to guests, reservation holders, dining and drinks visitors, poker participants and private gathering organisers. nuevocasino-ar provides restaurant, bar, hosted card-lounge and poker-salon experiences in person at the venue. Poker is face-to-face play at real tables using physical cards and chips. This website is an information and enquiry channel only; it does not offer online poker, remote play or digital participation.
01 / Arrival
Access, eligibility and attendance
Adult, in-person attendance
Poker and related card-lounge activities are intended for adults attending in person. Where appropriate, guests may be asked to confirm eligibility before entering or joining an experience. All guests must meet lawful entry requirements and follow reasonable staff directions. A booking or enquiry does not remove the need to meet venue requirements on arrival, and it does not guarantee entry, seating or participation at a particular table.
Accurate guest information
When making a reservation or enquiry, please provide current and accurate details. This helps the team plan tables, dining arrangements and private gathering discussions with care. Reservations, enquiries and changes
A request is not a guarantee
Restaurant table, card-lounge, poker participation and private-event requests are enquiries. They remain subject to venue confirmation, capacity and operational suitability. An acknowledgement such as “Your request has been received” confirms that the enquiry has reached the team; it does not confirm an arrangement. Please wait for venue confirmation before relying on a particular table, hosted experience or gathering plan.
Changes and cancellations
If your guest numbers, timing or plans change, contact the venue as soon as reasonably possible. Timely updates assist with table planning, hosted experiences and dining service, and help the team consider the most suitable arrangements for the visit.
Please direct changes or cancellations to [email protected]. The venue will respond in relation to the request and available arrangements without implying that a revised booking or experience is guaranteed.
Organising for a group
The person making a group or private-gathering enquiry should share relevant arrangements with guests and coordinate changes with the venue. This includes dining, drinks and any hosted poker or card-lounge component discussed for the occasion. Each attendee remains responsible for their own conduct and for following the venue rules that apply during the visit.

Face-to-face table experiences
Poker and card-lounge experiences take place at the venue around physical tables, using physical cards and chips. Where provided, hosts or dealers guide the table so the experience can remain orderly, welcoming and easy to follow. nuevocasino-ar is not an online poker provider and does not enable remote participation. Every poker experience is venue-based and attended in person.
Respect for the table
Guests are expected to treat fellow participants, hosts, dealers and staff with courtesy. Respectful language and calm communication help create a comfortable shared table for everyone.
Follow table guidance
Please follow communicated house rules, take turns as directed and care for table equipment. Hosts and dealers may clarify the table process where needed.
Keep the space welcoming
Disruptive behaviour is not appropriate in the salon or card lounge. Staff may intervene, pause or end participation where this is needed to maintain a safe and respectful environment.
Participation may be managed
Table configuration, seating, timing and access to a hosted experience may be managed by staff according to capacity, experience design and venue operation. Guests should follow the direction of the dealer or host at the table. General venue entry or a broad enquiry does not imply availability at a particular table, with particular people or for a particular duration.

Choose participation that feels right
Please participate in a way that feels comfortable for you. Take a break when needed, and speak with venue staff if you would like support or wish to step away from a poker or card-lounge experience. All participation takes place in person at the venue, and staff directions and house rules are there to support a considered, welcoming experience for every guest.
Safety
Safe shared spaces
Guests must act with reasonable care in dining, bar, lounge and salon spaces, and follow staff directions relating to safety, access and service. Please be considerate of other guests and the physical venue environment. Behaviour that creates an unsafe or seriously disruptive setting may result in removal from an activity or from the premises where this is reasonably necessary.
Venue property and personal belongings
Please respect furnishings, table equipment, cards, chips and other venue property. Guests remain responsible for their own personal belongings while visiting. If you notice damage, a hazard or lost property, report it to a member of staff promptly so the venue can respond appropriately and help keep shared spaces comfortable for others.
